W. L. GILBERT MANTEL CLOCK, Dated- 1925. This is a beautiful hand rubbed mahogany finished cabinet. 6” Silvererd Dial , Gildwin Sash with convex dial glass. Clock is an 8 day time and strike on two tone rods. Clock chimes on the half and hour. Clocks dimensions are, 20” long by 10” tall. Clock runs beautiful. GILBERT FANCY MULTI COLOR MANTEL, Dated 1905 Clock is a 8 Day time and strike on a nice sounding gong. Clock case is in black enamel finish. Clock case is in wonderful condition. Has the original 5 ½” paper dial with the Gilbert name. Has the gold gilt perforated over the dial. Gold Gilt claw feet. Clock measures, 16” long by 11” tall. THE COLUMNS ARE MADE OF ONYX MARBLEIZED WITH FANCY BRASS ORNAMENTS ON TOP AND BOTTOM OF EACH ONYX COLUMN. BRASS LEGS SUPPORT THE CLOCK CASE. LIONS HEADS WITH RINGS ADORN THE SIDES. THE 5” PAPER DIAL IS ORIGINAL TO THIS CLOCK, AS IS THE COIN BEZEL RING SUPPORTING A ROUND DIAL GLASS. THE CASE IS IN WONDERFUL CONDITION. IT HAS NO CHIPS OR SCRATCHES. IT IS SMOOTH AS GLASS. The pendulum shape is interesting, definitely not your average pendulum. Height: 22-1/2”. Walnut wood case is in wonderful condition with intricate details. The case has been restored. WM.L. GILBERT PARLOR CLOCK. DATED 1885. This is a beautiful Wm. L. Gilbert Parlor clock. The model of this clock is called ”parole”. This is an 8 day time and strike on the hour on a large nickel half bell. Height-20” Width-13”. The walnut case is beautiful with carved designed with 2 small and 0ne large Rosetts on the face of the clock at the top. The walnut case is perfect. The paper dial is very nice with the Nickel dial trim. The lower door glass etched design is original to this clock. The clock also has a 24 hour alarm that can be set each day if desired. The alarm rings on a Nickel half bell. The clock has been serviced and it keeps perfect time. This clock strikes the hour on a rich sounding cathedral gong, and it strikes the half hour on a brass cup bell. The case is wood Enameled finish. The clocks height-11”, and the width is 17”. The case is beautiful, with No dents or scratches. The dial is 5” and is original to this clock. Dial glass brass is Rococo trimmed. Has a brass insert in the center of the original dial. Clock hands are original to this clock. Below the top of the case is American ribbon brass trim. The clock has 6, half metal columns, with Fancy American brass wrap top and bottom of each column. Also has brass claw feet. The clock has been serviced and it keeps perfect time. Also comes with a brass key for winding.
